For healthcare clients, AhdianTech operates in full compliance with HIPAA. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare clients. Surveillance footage from healthcare facilities is stored with AES-256 encryption, access-controlled, and handled under our HIPAA-compliant data management protocols.
4. Data Security
All data transmitted through our systems is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Stored footage uses AES-256 encryption. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
Surveillance footage is retained per your plan (30–90+ days). Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@ahdiantech.com.
6. Your Rights
